Today I Learned

TIL, 2017-06-01

  • Do not do stupid shit like brick workout if you don’t have the thing again.
  • Run walk works, but you need some more practice. Ave pace will be 7:11.
  • Eating Bingo after 2k works. I think I need more glycogen in the system.
  • Nearly there, 5k done in about 35:20?
