- Stem is too long by just a bit. Shoulders hurt after a long ride.
- Get some weight training in just to burn things faster.
- Pre-workout: 1 Starbucks banana? Post-workout: Meat/egg, a Gatorade.
- Target time for 6k: 6min/km. Let’s do this boys.
