Today I Learned

TIL, 2017-05-21: Audax 200

  • Perpetuem is awesome.
  • Look into Ultragen as a recovery drink.
  • Stem is too long by just a bit. Shoulders hurt after a long ride.
  • Get some weight training in just to burn things faster.
  • Pre-workout: 1 Starbucks banana? Post-workout: Meat/egg, a Gatorade.
  • Target time for 6k: 6min/km. Let’s do this boys.
